Free 1/2 Hour Consultation

Our professional Airbnb evaluator will meet with you at your rental property at a set time. They will conduct a walkthrough of your property to evaluate areas of improvement, and areas to be highlighted in your listing. We will also be sitting down with you to hear about what improvements you would like to see.

We Evaluate Your Property Based on: 

  • Cleanliness 

  • Lighting

  • Location 

  • Condition of the property and furniture

  • Colour schemes and patterns

  • Amenities

  • Features and functionality

  • Booking and check-in process 

  • Overall communication between host and guests 

 

Please note that the property must be cleaned prior to the consultation. 

Photography

According to Airbnb, professional photography can increase your occupancy by up to 24%!

Your listing photos are the first thing that your guests will look at. Make a great first impression with professionally staged, high-quality photos of your property! 

Listing Description

After an analysis of your current description, we will enhance the content to attract guests.

We will highlight the main local attractions in your area, as well as add any necessary adjustments to your listing to provide an accurate and attractive option for your guests.

Interior Design

Within your specific budget, our interior design specialist will improve your AirBnB interior to enhance your guests' experience.

This can include improvements such as: furniture and decor replacements/additions, adjusting layout and painting.

Amenities

During your 1/2 hour consultation, our representative will note all accessible amenities in your kitchen, bedroom, living room, and bathroom areas.

Within your given budget, will we purchase and/or install all required amenities for your guests to have a perfect and welcoming stay at your Airbnb. 

Cleaning

Aryk Consulting is partnered with one of Alberta’s top cleaning companies, Home Spritz.

 

We offer one-time deep cleans, as well as recurring cleanings to ensure that you are consistently receiving 5-star ratings on your Airbnb cleanliness.

Are you feeling stressed as the sole manager

of your property/properties?

We offer long-term co-management on your Airbnb property so you can spend more time with family and friends. Fees will fluctuate depending on the areas of your business that you would like assistance managing.
